Israel > Energy

The energy group at FISCHER (FBC & Co.) ranks ‘among the most experienced practices in Israel’, according to sources. Certainly, the group is equipped to handle the full life cycle of energy law matters, from exploration, licensing and regulatory issues, through to project development and corporate transactions. Department head Gilad Winkler is noted for his ‘special status in the Israeli business market’ and specialises in sophisticated project finance and energy work. The group also benefits from the experience of Hezi Kattan and recently promoted partner Reut Maor Kartowsky, both of whom focus on energy transactions.
