Ms. Elbaz-Avisar is a senior associate in FBC’s Project Finance & Energy Department.

Ms. Elbaz-Avisar works on various aspects of project finance transactions including, the development, acquisition, disposal and funding of energy and infrastructure assets.

Ms. Elbaz-Avisar has experience advising international and Israeli consortium members, project companies, lenders and funds on domestic and cross-border transactions.

Prior to joining FBC & Co., Ms. Elbaz-Avisar was an associate at Allen & Overy LLP, Paris Office.
