Career

Chris is an employment law partner in PwC UK and co-leads PwC’s global employment law network, a network of 450 employment law specialists across 89 countries.

In the UK, Chris advises a range of clients in different industry sectors on various aspects of employment law. He has particular expertise partnering with organisations to set up and grow their operations in the UK and leading multi-disciplinary teams of people specialists to manage day-to-day compliance and strategy issues. Chris is also experienced in advising clients on restrictive covenants and business protection provisions, including the obtaining of injunctive relief to protect an organisation’s business interests.

Internationally, Chris works with organisations to pro-actively manage employment law and related people compliance issues across their global footprint, manage and lead the people
legal aspects of reorganisation and transformation exercises across multiple countries and advise on an organisation’s globally mobile workforce.

Legal 500 (2021) describes Chris as an, “excellent employment lawyer, with great depth of understanding of the field, and a delight to work with, too”.
