It is acting for JP Morgan Securities on the €1.5bn bond financing of United Group’s headline acquisition of Vivacom, a deal led by practice co-heads Katerina Kraeva and Richard Clegg. Providing strong support, the junior bench includes experienced associate Jasmina Uzova, NPL specialist Konstantin Altandzhiyski  and dual UK-Bulgaria qualified consultant Irina Dekova .

Wolf Theiss handles financing and investment structures, sales and purchases of high-value real estate and industrial infrastructure, commercial leasing and corporate work for real esate companies, among other matters. The multidisciplinary team is led by commercial and regulatatory partner Anna Rizova and finance specialist Katerina Kraeva, while associate Maria Nikolova has growing real estate experience and is a regular associate on client teams.
