CEE leader Wolf Theiss fields a team of experienced practitioners, who handle a wide range of work both as lead counsel and local counsel, particularly in the technology and energy sectors, including major cross-border transactions. Richard Clegg leads the practice group and has notable experience in infrastructure, telecoms and energy transactions.
