Career

Fernando is the Head of IP Transactions and Partner of the Information, Communication & Technology practice. With a Law degree and three years of a Mechanical Engineering degree, he has been involved in IT,outsourcing, emerging technologies, cloud computing, big data, IoT, e-commerce, electronic communications, postal services,privacy, advertising and media matters. Active also in Entrepreneurship,Intellectual Property, Corporate and Commercial Law. He also provides assistance to R&D centers,start-ups and universities in respect to the commercialisation of innovative solutions and products, providing advice in technology and business and contractual models.
Lecturer at ISEG – Lisbon School of Economics and Management and at Porto Business School, in the postgraduate courses “Foresight, Strategy and Innovation” and “IT Management”.
