Mats Romell is head of MAQS’ specialist area Restructuring & Insolvency. Mats has extensive experience acting as reconstructor, bankruptcy trustee, and liquidator as well as in advising companies who for various reasons are in need of insolvency advice.

Mats also has considerable experience of drafting, negotiating and reviewing commercial agreements, as well as in providing general business-related legal advice.
