Benjamin Namini advises federations, associations, clubs, agents, companies and individual athletes on a daily basis in legal-related matters that arise within the sporting industry. This may, for example, concern contract law, association law and the special regulations of sports.

Benjamin has previously specialized in dispute resolution and he continues to act as a representative before decision-making bodies of national and international sports federations and before the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne.
