Love Fält has extensive experience of advising on a wide range of intellectual property law and marketing law issues with particular focus on trademarks. Love provides ongoing advice to companies regarding strategies and approaches for using intangible assets business. He has advised companies in their process of developing and creating new brands and provided strategic advice on how to best register and protect these rights. Love has also assisted companies to defend intellectual property rights in disputes, oppositions and cancellation proceedings.

Love has experience in marketing law and patent law infringement and invalidity cases in court. He has also provided strategic advice regarding companies’ management of trade secrets.
