Mr Johan Roman

Partner Johan Roman advises clients in the field of mergers and acquisitions and has more than 10 years of experience in advising leading private equity sponsors, both domestic and international industrial clients and financial institutions. He also advises on questions relating to private equity funds, fund formation, various ownership and equity structures as well as wind power projects. He has also served as an Arbitrator.
Johan has been a Partner since 2014. He also acts as the Finnish contact person for our office in St. Petersburg, Russia.
