Position

Equity Partner. Stefano Padovani specialized in Banking & Finance, Capital Markets, Corporate Finance and M&A regarding banking and financial services. He advises several domestic and international banks and financial institutions in extraordinary transactions which include structured finance and debt restructuring agreements, as well as in their ordinary course of business. Furthermore, he is also lead of teams of legal advisors for assistance in relation to issuance of debt securities and other operations on capital markets.
Since several years he deals with Islamic Finance.

His clients include:

Ministry of Finance, Banco Santander, UniCredit, Banco BPM, Hypo Alpe Adria, BNL/Paribas, Banca Popolare dell’Alto Adige, Postbank, Banca Centropadana, Banca Akros, Cassa di Risparmio di Ravenna.

He is member of the Board and Chairman of the Executive Committee at Nctm.
