Sascha Hödl focuses on mergers and acquisitions, public takeovers and corporate restructurings. He frequently advises Austrian managing and supervisory boards on a broad range of corporate matters. He has been, and is involved in high profile m&a transactions in Austria, in particular in regulated areas (e.g. financial services, telecoms, energy) and continues to play a prominent advisory role in restructuring transactions of financial institutions. Sascha has a degree from Harvard Law School (LL.M. 2000). He is a lecturer for international mergers and acquisitions at the Vienna Business School.
