Career

Christian’s main areas of practice are m&a, public takeovers, private equity and corporate finance transactions. Christian enjoys an excellent reputation in representing international and Austrian blue-chip corporations in (cross-border) transactional work. Christian’s transactional advisory has covered a wide range of economic sectors and industries over the years, including financial services, energy and telecoms. Christian is a graduate of Harvard Law School (LL.M. 1984). He is an international business transactions lecturer at the University for Economics and Business in Vienna, has published on issues relating to m&a, takeovers and merger control, and is a speaker at various legal seminars and conferences.
