Jesper Nørøxe advises on public law issues, particularly on national law and administrative law, and he has lectured on constitutional law at University of Copenhagen. Jesper is very experienced in providing advice on and litigating cases about data protection law. He advises on the data subject's rights, data processing agreements and transfers of personal data to third countries, and he is very experienced in executing compliance projects and advising on IT security and breach of security. He represents public authorities and private businesses in matters before the Danish Data Protection Agency and before the Danish courts of law. Jesper also has extensive experience in energy law, both as an advisor and as a litigator before the Danish courts of law and the administrative authorities. Jesper lectures at Poul Schmith/Kammeradvokatens and Implement Consulting Group's DPO programme where future data protection officers are instructed in the responsibilities of a DPO and at the compliance programme for managers in government service. Jesper's clients include the Danish Ministry of Energy, Utilities and Climate, the Danish Energy Agency, the Danish Agency for Digitalisation, the Danish Tax Authorities, Energinet, Vestforbrænding I/S, Femern A/S and a number of Danish municipalities.
