Sune Fugleholm specializes in constitutional and administrative law matters, including human rights and administrative negligence. Sune Fugleholm advises and litigates in all regulatory matters with particular focus on energy law. His work currently ranges from advising the Danish Government on IT-systems for automated administrative decision making to litigating a number of constitutional law matters. He has tried more than 75 cases before the Supreme Court and appeared in courts of 1. instance as well as appellate courts in Denmark and the European Court of Justice. In 2006 Sune Fugleholm received the Christrup Prize for excellence in litigation.

Poul Schmith is regularly involved in the contentious and non-contentious aspects of energy supply and utility matters as well as offshore energy projects; the team also advises on supply issues and the drafting and negotiation of transportation and infrastructure agreements and acts in disputes arising from energy contracts. The client roster encompasses public companies and government institutions, alongside private energy providers. Practice co-head Klint Klingberg-Jensen leads the offshore practice, while fellow co-head Sune Fugleholm heads up the energy supply team.(Leading individuals)
