Josephine is experienced in providing advice to public construction authorities and companies as well as providing specific assistance with matters and competency development of employees in connection with reducing backlog of cases. Josephine also litigates cases about government orders in the area of environment law and planning law before the Danish courts. Josephine lectures on planning law at the courses held by the Association of Danish Law Firms (Danske Advokater) and the Danish trade union DJØF.
