Work Department

Tomas Ilsøe Andersen heads our corporate litigation team which represent both national and international clients in court cases and arbitration proceedings in large disputes. The disputes are often about IPOs that have gone wrong, breach of warranty in structured sales processes and standards of liability in class actions. He also has extensive experience in conducting court cases and arbitration proceedings (national as well as international) in various fields of the law. Tomas has a right of audience before the Danish Supreme Court.

Tomas and his team of lawyers always work with risk assessments as a reporting tool and are often in dialogue with underlying insurers, investors and other stakeholders needing insight into clients' disputes. Tomas also heads our defence and security team, and for many years he has advised the authorities which have special requirements in procurement situations in this area and in connection with formation of contacts. He is a certified arbitrator and has adjudicated on numerous cases, both as a single judge and as a member of arbitration panels. The basis has been both the ICC and SCC rules and at different arbitration institutes in Denmark and abroad as well as ad hoc arbitration.
