More than 20 cases before the Supreme Court and numerous arbitrations both institutional and ad hoc. Kasper Mortensen provides advice in a wide construction and real property context, in particular construction law issues in a broad sense and the handling of disputes between the parties to construction projects. He has considerable experience handling court cases and arbitration, primarily regarding construction and real property, IT systems and other complex procurement. In 2003, Kasper Mortensen completed the Danish Bar and Law Society's mediator training, and he has served as court mediator at the Copenhagen City Court for several years. Kasper Mortensen is furthermore trained as an arbitrator and is arbitrator in both national and international arbitration cases.

Poul Schmith is highly regarded for its work in the public sector and most notably as lead counsel for the Government of Denmark. Henrik Nedergaard Thomsen and Sune Fugleholm jointly lead the group and specialise in insurance and marketing law, and administrative and constitutional law respectively. Recent highlights include Thomsen representing multiple insurance companies in a dispute against Dong Energy regarding its responsibility in rebuilding a damaged oil platform, Fugleholm acting for the Danish Ministry of Agriculture in an expropriation issue resulting from the country’s recent ban on fox breeding, and construction specialist Kasper Mortensen representing the Capital Region of Denmark in a dispute with a contractor concerning delays in the construction of a hospital wing. Competition expert Jacob Pinborg also advised the Danish Competition Council on allegations that the merger between the Danish offices of KPMG and EY was completed before all raised concerns were handled, and Karsten Hagel- Sørensen assisted the tax authorities, which sought compensation from the provider of a failed debt collection IT system.
