‘Excellent, efficient and creative litigator’ Daniel Eisele leads the ‘very reliable’ Niederer Kraft Frey AG practice group, which is active across a variety of courts, from the cantonal and federal courts, to FINMA and the Swiss Competition Commission. Eisele’s prowess lies in cross-border litigation, while Lukas Beeler primarily focuses on the financial market, as well as administrative and regulatory litigation. Valerie Meyer Bahar is particularly adept in corporate, commercial and employment litigation, with Juerg Bloch frequently handles matters pertaining to white-collar crime. Frank Spoorenberg, who joined the firm in January 2023, is established in the firm’s new Geneva office, bringing Nicolas Kuonen with him.

Andreas Casutt specialises in executive compensation and incentive schemes whilst Nicolas Kuonen, who joined from Tavernier Tschanz in January 2023, and Thomas Sprecher are dispute resolution specialists.
