Position

Livia Keller represents clients in employment, in contractual as well as in commercial and corporate disputes before cantonal courts and the Federal Court. She also advises on various aspects of employment law, e.g., on employment agreements, employee handbooks, working time regulations, bonus schemes, terminations, domestic and international personnel lending, and employment law issues in connection with domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and restructurings, including employment due diligence, transfer of employees and mass dismissals.
