Headed by Arjan Pors, the team at NautaDutilh acts for a variety of borrowers, including private companies as well as Dutch and foreign sponsors. With particularly strong ties to the US and UK markets, the firm is proficient at navigating both multi-jurisdictional and domestic financial transactions. Elizabeth Van Schilfgaarde, Janneke de Goeij-Prins, and Diederik von Königslöw all possess a thorough knowledge of cross-border transactions, especially between the Netherlands and the US.
