Career
Jens Rostock-Jensen specialises in litigation and arbitration in a broad commercial law context. He also advises on insurance and tort law, particularly product liability, professional liability, and coverage matters.
Jens has conducted a series of pivotal and landmark cases for banks, mortgage credit institutions, and insurance companies. He was involved in the first class actions in Denmark and is also a sought-after advisor on aviation law, liability, insurance, and concessions.
Jens regularly serves as an arbitrator, i.a. with the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC), and also argues cases before the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU).
Matching technical excellence with commercial attentiveness, he makes a point of thoroughly understanding each client’s business, the better to formulate the optimum strategy, financially as well as commercially.
He successfully combines legal expertise with an ability to assess and plan each case down to the last detail and present it in a compelling way.
