Career

Peter Schiøler Skaaring specialises in banking and finance law.

Peter assists both lenders and borrowers on all finance law matters, from acquisition funding to general operating finance and restructurings.

In 2014-2015, he was seconded to the international law firm of Shearman & Sterling, where he also gained specialist knowledge of i.a. bond issues.

Peter further has a strong track record within other types of funding, including unitranche and mezzanine debt financing, preference shares, and venture capital funding.
