Position

Aidan is a partner and head of Beauchamps’ Commercial Real Estate team.

Aidan specialises in mixed-use developments, construction law, acquisitions and disposals of all types of commercial property, as well as environmental law, negotiation of leases, tax law and the acquisition and development of brownfield sites and greenfield sites.

He has extensive experience acting for large and institutional clients in multi-site leasing and licensing of properties and concession agreements.
