Position

Maitiú is a senior partner in Beauchamps’ Commercial Real Estate department. Maitiú works with a wide range of public, private and institutional commercial property investors, lending institutions, State bodies, local authorities and commercial/retail landlords and tenants, in the areas of commercial property, property-based insolvencies and non-contentious construction law.

Maitiú has particular expertise in complex development projects with long lead in and delivery periods, including hotels, nursing homes and designated rejuvenation areas.
