Position

Imelda Reynolds is the chair of Beauchamps and a senior partner in Beauchamps’ Commercial Real Estate team, with over 35 years of significant and substantial commercial real estate and other experience. Her practice focuses on commercial property and corporate governance. She specialises in retail, investment and development commercial property work, and has a particular expertise in franchising.

She also advises a range of public bodies and public and private companies on all aspects of governance, including strategy, compliance and conflict management.
