Position

David Telyas advises on a variety of matters related to the digital business sphere and the interface between law and technology, including in respect of online platforms, software and emerging technologies such as NFT’s and artificial intelligence.

His primary focus in that respect is on intellectual property rights, consumer law, marketing law, data protection and related legal fields of relevance to digital business. Thus, David has assisted a number of Danish and foreign companies in relation to, amongst others, launches of new service and product offerings, M&A transactions, cases initiated by the supervisory authorities and disputes before the courts with digital aspects at their core.
