Gorrissen Federspiel handles the full spectrum of information technology cases for leading Danish and international organisations across a range of key industry sectors, spanning outsourcing, IT contracts and contract management, through pre-litigation and dispute resolution, and alongside digital transformation and digital regulatory work. Ole Horsfeldt, Tue Goldschmieding and David Telyas collectively head up the practice. Horsfeldt handles complex technology transactions, including outsourcing, IT development, IT implementation, system acquisition projects and digital transformation projects. Goldschmieding has extensive experience within outsourcing and IT transactions, as well as complex data protection matters and the handling of legislative and security-related issues, whilst Telyas advises on matters concerning data protection, marketing, consumer and cookie law. At associate level, Christian Aaby Köhler advises on the outsourcing of business processes, deals and IT services.
