Career

Miguel is a Competition and European Union Law partner and head of the Brussels office at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.

He specialises in competition law, with a focus on merger control, state aid and vertical restraints – commercial distribution networks.

He has extensive experience in representing before the courts of the European Union both private companies and public bodies (in particular in public procurement matters and cases pertaining to the protection of the financial interests of the Union).
