Position

Emmanuel Reille works in the Competition & International Trade business line. He specializes in French and European competition law, distribution law and commercial litigation. He regularly advises on antitrust issues and abuses of dominant position, in the context of disputes before the French Competition Authority and the courts, as well as for the notification of mergers to the competition authorities. He also regularly advises on commercial litigation (termination of commercial relationships, unfair competition) and he regularly intervenes in competition proceedings before competition authorities in Africa. Emmanuel has extensive experience in the agro-industrial and food-processing, real estate, banking, insurance and oil sectors as well as in the consumer goods sector.
