Javier Martí-Fluxá advises national and international private equity funds and industrial groups on complex transactions with an international dimension, in Spain, the United States and Latin America. He regularly advises listed companies on corporate governance.

He has participated in major transactions in different sectors and industries, particularly the energy sector.

Before joining Cuatrecasas, he developed his career for nearly a decade at a US law firm, advising on commercial law at its offices in Spain and the US.

He lectured in the masters for admission to the practice of law at Universidad Pontificia Comillas-ICADE and Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
