Position

Pierluigi supports clients in structuring data governance plans, which take the form of contracts, the definition of regulations and audit plans, and in the context of corporate transactions.
He has assisted companies and multinationals in the transition to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the definition of corporate data strategy, working with leading firms.
He is a lawyer admitted to the Italian Supreme Court and has experience as a data protection officer and as chair and member of supervisory bodies.
He is an expert for EuroJust on data protection in judicial cooperation and the European Data Protection Board for the areas of “Technical expertise in new technologies and information security” and “Legal expertise in new technologies.”
