In particular, his professional experience includes: litigating on pre-contractual, contractual and tort liability; private enforcement of antitrust torts; unfair competition; product safety and product liability; consumer law and class actions; IP/IT protection and litigation; company and commercial litigation.
Career
Stefano Passeri joined the Firm in 2011 and became a Counsel in 2023. In 2019 and 2020, he was a visiting attorney at Hughes Hubbard and Reed in New York City.
