Career

Since joining Castrén & Snellman in 2012, I have specialised in assignments related to employment law. My practice covers general employment counselling and the employment law aspects of corporate transactions. In particular, I have several years of experience in the alteration of employment relationships, restructuring of labour, planning and carrying out co-operation procedures, employment law issues deriving from outsourcing and situations relating to termination of employment.

Together with my legal degree, I hold an M.Soc.Sc degree in communications. Having worked previously as an information officer in various organisational change situations, I enjoy combining my communications and legal skills to ensure that our clients’ change processes run smoothly and that the employer’s information and consultation obligations are planned and implemented in an efficient and practical manner.
