Position

Rhamsey Croes is a lawyer since 2004 and joined BarentsKrans in 2015, where he became partner in 2016. He is specialized in corporate law with a special focus on mergers and acquisitions. He acts, amongst others, on behalf of both strategic and private equity parties (for the selling and the purchasing parties), for start-ups and on behalf of the management.
