Specialist Partner Nils Flesland Bull is a recognized tax lawyer specializing in indirect taxation, including VAT, customs and special duties.
Bull works with a large number of high-profiled domestic and international corporations within a wide range of industry sectors. He regularly represents a number of clients in administrative appeal cases and in tax disputes before the courts.
Bull holds a particular focus on the energy sector, infrastructure and industrial production and the real estate sector. He is known for his expertise in real estate development and transactions, VAT optimization and in real estate lease and property management.
He frequently is a respected and in-demand speaker, holding lectures on indirect tax topics. Bull is praised for his ability to provide clear and solution-oriented advice on difficult legal issues.
Bull is a member to the Norwegian Bar Association’s Legislative Policy Committee for Indirect Taxation. He is also co-author to Karnov’s Commentaries to the VAT Compensation Act.
