2025年6月1日《中华人民共和国监察法（2024年修正）》正式施行，《中华人民共和国监察法实施条例》也于同日公布施行。
本次修正是《监察法》实施六年来的首次，增加了对涉案被调查人员强制到案、责令候查、管护、禁闭等四项监察强制措施，还延长了留置的法定最长时限，本律师团队对监察强制措施进行归纳和对照如下：
