Nicola Rushton QC
Nicola specialises in finance-related professional negligence and in commercial claims related to secured lending. She has particular expertise in lender claims against valuers and solicitors. She has substantial experience of all types of claims relating to mortgages, especially against commercial property, including fixed charge receiverships and insolvency. She has a niche specialism in enforcement of legal aid regulations and legal aid costs. Nicola is the preferred counsel of the Legal Services Commission’s debt recovery department.
