Sarah has a proven record achieving successful outcomes in complex, difficult and unusual cases including homicides, multiple rape and serious sexual offences, large scale drug operations, financial crime and money laundering, and criminal appeals.
She recently successfully defended a celebrity businessman accused of paying a 13 year old for sex and secured the acquittal in absence of a member of the ruling family of a Gulf State accused of rape.
She defends in the most difficult of murder cases including that of a man extradited for the murder of his landlord and concealment of his body, and recently representing one of 7 defendants accused of a ferocious gang murder in Hackney.
She has experience in defending large scale prosecutions of historic sexual offending including in 2015, the systemic abuse in a care home of boys with learning difficulties over 30 years and the historic abuse of boys in two prominent Catholic schools.
