Position

Harry is a UK Chartered trade mark and design attorney and has been practising since 2014. Harry has experience working with a range of clients, from SMEs to multinationals, in relation to trade mark and wider intellectual property (IP) matters around the world. He is a commercially-astute attorney having assisted many corporate clients in his role prior to joining the firm. Additionally, Harry’s main areas of practice are trade mark clearance, prosecution, contentious and post-registration matters, as well as portfolio management.

Career

Harry qualified as a UK Chartered and European trade mark and design attorney in 2016. He has gained experience in global law firms advising on filing and prosecution of trade marks, post-registration matters and third party conflicts, as well as copyright, design protection, domain names and domain name disputes. Harry also provides pre-filing advice which includes brand clearance searches and guidance on the adoption of new brands.

Member of the Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys (CITMA).

Education

Harry has an honours degree in biology from the University of Southampton, following which he obtained a master’s degree in International Intellectual Property Law at Brunel University, which included a distinction in his dissertation.
