Position

Karl-Oscar Dalin has significant experience from representing clients in high stakes litigation and arbitral proceedings (Ad hoc, SCC, ICC, UNCITRAL, CIETAC, AAA), but also advises clients in complex settlement negotiations and mediation proceedings. He has acted for parties from many different jurisdictions and often in disputes governed by foreign substantive laws.

Karl-Oscar represents clients in disputes regarding M&A transactions, financial markets regulation/liability, construction and real estate, energy (nuclear, hydro power, wind, oil & gas), industry projects, technology licensing and the food & beverage industry.

In addition to his engagements with leading Swedish law firms, Karl-Oscar has worked at Sullivan & Cromwell in New York and the Swedish construction company Skanska AB (Publ). The latter included supply chain management, business ethics and the day-to-day operation of a major listed corporation. He regularly writes articles on construction law for the legal web publication Lexnova and has been a engaged as lecturer on contract law and procedural law.
