Position

Björn Sjöberg represents both finance providers and borrowers and works mainly with leveraged- and acquisition finance, project finance, real estate finance and structured finance, particularly asset finance and receivables finance. He also has considerable experience of capital market transactions of various kinds, such as bond issues, convertible bonds, securitization, participating debentures.

Björn is also active within the firm’s Corporate group, focusing on company acquisitions and capital market issues especially in the real estate- and financial services sectors.
