Position

Timothy is a Director in the Private Client department. He specialises in the drafting and administration of wills, trusts and estates as well as dealing with capacity issues such as Controllership and Enduring Powers of Attorney.

Career

Timothy qualified in 2010, having joined Cleaver Fulton Rankin as a trainee in 2008.  He was promoted to Associate in 2013, to Associate Director in 2017 and to Director in November 2019.

Memberships

Timothy has completed all four modules of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners Diploma and is a committee member of the Northern Ireland branch of STEP.

Education

Timothy studied at the University of Manchester and the College of Law, Chester, and is qualified to practice in both Northern Ireland and England & Wales.
