Joel Cabelli practices corporate and commercial law in the Banking and Finance group of Dentons Canada LLP’s Montreal office. His practice focuses on Canadian and cross-border financing.
Joel represents clients in commercial credit transactions, syndicated loans, factoring transactions, real estate lending, asset-based lending, aviation financing, equipment financing, derivative products, leasing as well as project financing.
