Joel represents clients in commercial credit transactions, syndicated loans, factoring transactions, real estate lending, asset-based lending, aviation financing, equipment financing, derivative products, leasing as well as project financing. In addition, Joel advises clients on debt financing, mergers and acquisitions, and advises on general corporate and commercial matters.
