Advising across a variety of areas, from civil to administrative and public law, the dispute resolution team at Dentons ‘consistently delivers excellent results.’ The domestic offering in corporate and commercial disputes and banking and finance matters, as well as arbitration, is complemented by the international Europe litigation group. Both the Italian and European teams are headed up by much-praised Sara Biglieri. In January 2019, the department acquired new talents from Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton and Luca Santa Maria e Associati – Roberto Fabio Lipari and Matteo Vizzardi, both experienced litigators with a strong understanding of white-collar crime. Partner Davide Traina also often acts in real estate disputes.
