Position
Luca De Benedetto is a Partner in our Milan office and a member of the global Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice.
He assists domestic and international companies in relation to civil, corporate and commercial litigation and arbitration. In particular, he is specialized in contractual, corporate and competition law, as well as tort liability, with particular reference to defamation and product liability matters. In these areas, he has more than 10 years’ experience in advising clients operating in the large-scale distribution, healthcare and medical devices sectors.

Before joining Dentons in 2016, he worked at Rucellai & Raffaelli law firm.
