Cristina Marcu is a Counsel and a member of the corporate practice groups of Dentons’ Bucharest office. Cristina’s practice mainly focuses on advising local and international clients on complex domestic and cross-border M&A, joint ventures and private equity transactions as well as general corporate matters.
She has broad experience on real estate maters covering significant real estate acquisitions, real estate developments and financing, with particular focus on agribusiness.
Cristina has been actively involved on specific IP work and assisted on important TMT transactions on the local market.
