Position

Justyna Jamroży has extensive experience in serving as legal counsel for both lenders and borrowers, she has been involved in various domestic and international financing deals. She has facilitated significant transactions in project finance, real estate finance and acquisition finance.

In recent years, she has advised on numerous RES financing projects, some of which include Poland’s biggest wind farms and PV power plant portfolios. Her clients span international investors, banks and financial institutions, such as the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and Denmark’s Export Credit Agency.
