Lawyer Rankings
Netherlands > Dispute resolution: Commercial litigation
As an international firm, Dentons handles a large number of international disputes involving Dutch law, acting for both domestic and international companies. Representing Chinese individuals and enterprises in corporate disputes is also a strength of the team – particularly for Michel Deckers – as is antitrust litigation, including cartel cases. Deckers is well versed in corporate and securities litigation, as well as directors’ liability cases; he jointly leads the practice alongside litigation and arbitration expert Anouk Rosielle, who is praised as a ‘sharp strategist’. Rosielle routinely acts for energy, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing clients in disputes.
