Position
Michel Deckers heads the Corporate and Commercial Litigation practice of Dentons. He has been working in our Corporate practice in Amsterdam since 1991 and has been a partner since 2000.
His practice covers the full range of dispute resolution by means of consultation, mediation, arbitration or litigation. Michel has extensive experience in corporate and securities litigation, directors’ and supervisory board members liability, and collective actions.
Michel also advises and litigates on behalf of domestic and international companies with regard to commercial contracts including agency, franchise and distribution agreements, domestic and international sale/purchase transactions and liability law.
